Strategy Advisor
As an entrepreneur, intrapreneur, strategist, and educator, Christy’s vision for the company was a space where she could work with forward-thinking executives who wanted results, and who were willing to craft strategies with an intrapreneurial mindset. Years later, this vision has continued to flourish. Her experience as a former McKinsey Engagement Manager and Stanford Graduate School of Business alumna has shaped Christy’s work and inspired her continued role as an Adjunct Professor at both Stanford GSB and the University of Washington. Her passion for sharing knowledge and skills surrounding entrepreneurship, strategy, and innovation most recently earned her a 2023 Elective Professor of the Year award at UW. Christy and Artemis Connection have been featured in many publications including The Wall Street Journal, The Economist, and MIT Sloan Management Review. She is particularly proud of the 4.5% Promise program, the volunteer arm of Artemis Connection, and the robust Artemis Fellows program, providing an entrée to real-world consulting for college interns across the country. When the workday ends, Christy can be found with her family – hosting sleepovers and soccer sideline events, traveling, or playing strategy board games.
